COMMISSION INFORMATION
🌙 TERMS OF SERVICE AND COPYRIGHT🌙
🌟GENERAL TERMS✦ WILL DRAW: Original Characters(OCs), Fanarts, Scenes in my "current art style".
✦ WON’T DRAW: NSFW, Photorealism, Furries/Anthro, Mecha, Environments and Gore.
✦ Please refrain from asking me to imitate another artist’s style or artwork.
✦ After I received your e-mail. I have the right to decline the commission request if I find it uncomfortable or doesn’t meet my art style.
✦ I'm allowed to have my break on the weekends and sort out personal matters /emergencies during the weeks.
✦ It usually takes up to 1 - 4 weeks for a piece to accomplish depending on the type of commission details and quantity of characters.
✦ 3 Minor revisions are allowed (Sketch revision and Final retouch). Drastic changes will warrant additional fees. Additional revisions = additional fees
✦ If the commissioner wants to have changes on the commission after the illustration is finalized, an additional fee may be applied.
✦ Please note that this is a digital good, meaning there will be no physical copy unless stated by the client. Not Available for now🌟COPYRIGHT & USAGE POLICY✦ Commissioners are allowed to use the artwork to promote themselves with proper credit given to the artist.
✦ Commissioners are allowed to use the artwork for personal use such as wallpapers, icons,
✦ Commissioners are not allowed to edit/modify, remove watermark/signature, and claim credit of the final artwork.
✦ Commissioners with “Personal License” isn’t allowed to make merchandise/reproduce the artwork commercially. If you want to change your license and make profit from the artwork, please send me an e-mail to purchase Commercial Rights.
✦ If the commissioner has any restrictions on where the artwork cannot be posted, this may entail an additional fee.
✦ Artist have the complete copyright over the artwork; and have the right to use them for my own personal use. Whether it is for my websites, portfolio, conventions, and exhibitions.
✦ Artist is allowed to post Work-in-progress, process and timelapse, on her social media accounts.
✦ Artist is allowed to work on the commission during an art stream.🌟PAYMENT INFORMATION✦ Payment Options: Paypal
✦ Local Payment Options: (PH) Unionbank, BDO, Gcash
✦ Payments are only accepted in USD or PHP.
✦ My standard protocol calls for 50% upfront and 50% upon completion (prior to delivery).
✦ Slots will only be confirmed once paid.🌟REFUND POLICY✦ Refund is applicable if the artwork has not been started.
✦ If no progress has been made on the commission for over months/years, refund is applicable.
✦ NO refund will be provided once I already started with your commission.
✦ NO refund once I've finished your piece.*Account details for "Payments" will be provided if your application is confirmed/approved.
🌙 COMMISSION PROCESS 🌙
🌟SKETCH/LINEARTIf your commission request is approved and paid, I'll start with the sketch. If I’m done with the sketch, I’ll send an image preview (low resolution) for you to check any revisions and necessary corrections until you approve the sketch. This is the time when you have the chance to change the pose or expressions for revisions.🌟COLOR/RENDERINGThis is the stage where I'll make the rough painting and add base colors + lighting.
I’ll send you an image preview (low resolution) for you to check if there will be revisions. Once it is approved, I’ll proceed with rendering the character/s & background/s. Please let me know if there will be revisions on this stage because it’ll be difficult to make revisions on the final stage.🌟FINAL ARTWORKI’ll send you the final artwork preview in low resolution. Artwork will be finalized and merged in this stage. So you have the chance to ask for smaller changes only like retouches & color adjustments in this stage.

Description: (Character’s Personality, Features, Poses, Expressions, Theme/Color Palette, Scenes you have in your mind)
Background: (Simple Background or Detailed Background)
License: (Private[For Non-profit use], Commercial[For Profit use])
References: (Images of the character/s, Your visualization of the scene etc..)
